3-季碳螺环氧化吲哚类化合物的合成研究进展

摘要

As an important functional group, the 3-quaternary carbon spirooxindole skeleton has always been a hot topic of ongoing interests, both in the natural products and in therapeutic agents. In recent years, tre-mendous interest has been devoted to the preparation of 3-quaternary carbon spirooxindoles due to their var-ied biological activities including antioxidant, antibacterial, and insecticidal behavior. The synthetic method of 3-quaternary carbon spirooxindoles is an powerful process in many real drug synthetic applications.
