Objective To reveal the molecular basis of bacteria-like Canidia Albrcans variants. Mothods Conserved 18S rRNA gene of E. coli,Staphyloccocus aureus and two bacteria-like Canidia Albicans variants were dectected by PCR. Results 18S rRNA were not found in E. coli and Staphyloccocus aureus,but strong positive in two Canidia Albicans,and weak positive in two bacteria-like Canidia Albicans variants Conclusion The conserved gene was partially expressed in bacteria-like Canidia Albicans variants ,even if bacteria-like phenotype occurred. The result confirmed the fact that bacteria-like Canidia Albicans variants with prokaryotic features are derived from the Canidia Albicans.%目的 揭示念珠菌类细菌样变异株的分子基础及其相应的生物学特性的分子基础.方法 采用常规PCR方法,对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、两株不同来源的白色念珠菌标准菌株及源自于这两株念珠菌标准菌株的类细菌样念珠菌变异株进行真菌最保守18S rRNA基因的检测.结果 大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌无真菌基因表达;两株念珠菌标准菌株真菌基因为强表达;源自于念珠菌标准菌株的类细菌样念珠菌变异株真菌基因呈极弱表达.结论 念珠菌发生类细菌样变后,虽然生物学性状呈类细菌样改变,但仍部分表达真菌最保守基因.此结果也进一步证实了具有原核生物特性的类细菌样念珠菌变异株是源自于具有真核细胞特性的念珠菌.
