目的 研究正常动物体内的2-18 F-氟丙酸分布情况,为动物肿瘤显像提供参考和依据. 方法 C57BL/J正常小鼠尾静脉注射(3. 7~7. 4)MBq经辛醇-水分布系数测定的2-18F-氟丙酸,注射后45、120min测量心、肝、脾、肺、肾、血液、大脑、肌肉、骨骼、膀胱、胃、十二指肠空肠、回肠、盲肠、结直肠的放射性计数,推算各器官组织的每克组织百分注射剂量(%ID/g). 并在同一时间点进行microPET显像. 结果 尾静脉注射2-18 F-氟丙酸后45min,放射性主要分布于盲肠和结直肠、高于血液、心脏、膀胱、肺、肝脏、脾、骨骼、十二指肠空肠、大脑、肾、肌肉、回肠、胃. 120min后,各脏器放射性分布下降,盲肠和结直肠摄取仍然较高.结论 尾静脉注射2-18 F-氟丙酸后其在盲肠的摄取较高,肾脏的摄取较低.%Objective Previously 2-18 F-fluoropropoinic acid was labelled successfully. In this paper the biodistribution of 2-18 F-flu-oropropionic acid was investigated in normal mice, which is the basis for tumor imaging studies. Methods (3. 7-7. 4)MBq of 2-18F-flu-oropropionic acid was injected into C57BL/J normal mice via tail vein. The radioactivities of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidneys, blood, brain, muscle, bone, urinary bladder, stomach, duodenojejunum, ileum, caecum and colorectum at 45min and 120min postinjection were counted. The percentage injection dose per gram (%ID/g) of them were deduced. At same time-points the microPET imaging of 2-18 F-fluoropropionic acid in normal mice was performed. Results 2-18 F-fluoropropionic acid was mainly distributed in caecum and colorec-tum at 45min after injection via tail vein. The % ID/g of caecum and colorectum was higher than those of blood, heart, urinary bladder, lung, liver, spleen, bone, duodenojejunum, brain, kidneys, muscle, ileum and stomach. At 120min post injection, the % ID/g of all or-gans reduced while those of caecum and colorectum were still high. Conclusion Between 45min and 120min post injection, the uptake of 2-18 F-fluoropropionic acid in caecum was high while that of kidneys was low.
