Rab蛋白在吞噬体成熟中的作用

         

摘要

Phagosomal maturation refers to the fuse process between lysosomes and phagosomes and the latter are formed by phagocytes engulfing pathogens.Phagosomes fuse with lysosomes and lead to the formation of phagolysosomes, in which pathogens are degraded by a series of oxidative, acidifying and hydrolytic enzymes.Therefore, phagosomal maturation is essential for successful clearance of bacteria by phagocytes.A great number of studies showed that Rab GTPases play a piv-otal role in regulating the fusion process between phagocytes and lysosomes, and promoting phagoly-sosome acidification.The abnormality of Rab GTPases affects the phagosome maturation and further bacterial clearance, which may result in the occurrence of related infectious diseases.%吞噬体成熟是指吞噬细胞吞噬病原体形成的吞噬体与溶酶体融合的过程.吞噬体与溶酶体融合后形成吞噬溶酶体,病原菌被溶酶体内的各种水解酶如氧化酶、酸化酶、水解酶等降解杀灭,因此吞噬体成熟是吞噬细胞消灭病原体的关键环节.大量研究发现,Rab GTPases通过介导吞噬体与溶酶体融合及促进吞噬溶酶体酸化在吞噬体的成熟过程中发挥了非常重要的作用.Rab分子异常会影响吞噬体成熟并进而影响细菌的杀灭,导致感染相关疾病的发生.
