256层Brilliance iCT在诊断酒精性肝病中的临床价值

摘要

Objective To discuss the CT image characteristics of alcoholic liver disease and the value of CT examination in the diagnosis of alcoholic liver disease.Methods Retrospectively analyze the CT images of 82 patients’ alcoholic liver disease which were clinically diagnosed during June 2013 to June 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University For The Na-tionalities.Results CT can clearly show the hepatic pathological changes of the patients with alcoholic liver disease, including changes like liver fatty degeneration, alcoholic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and ascites.Conclusion The positive rate of alcoholic liver disease examined by CT on abdomen is high; CT image has a quite good value on estimating lesion degree of patients and prognosis.%目的：探讨酒精性肝病的CT图像特点及CT检查在酒精性肝病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析2013年6月～2015年6月内蒙古民族大学附属医院82例临床确诊的酒精性肝病患者CT检查临床资料。结果 CT可以清晰显示酒精性肝病患者肝脏病变情况，包括肝脏脂肪变性、酒精性肝炎、肝硬化及腹水等。结论酒精性肝病腹部CT检查对患者病变的程度及预后有很好的临床价值。
