基于3.0 T磁共振的同龄健康人群心肌原始T1和T2 mapping研究

     

摘要

目的 本研究目的是初次探究同龄健康人群组心肌原始T1和T2 mapping的均质性和性别差异.方法 本研究纳入30例使用3.0T磁共振行心脏成像的25岁健康志愿者,左室心底、中部和心尖3层短轴层面(short-axis slice,SAX)的原始T1、T2 mapping用于图像分析.使用修正的11次单脉冲SSFP稳态反转恢复序列、3次不同T2准备时间的单脉冲SSFP分别获得T1及T2 mapping图像并定量获得每层面、每部分心肌的T1和T2弛豫时间.结果 心底、中部、心尖的T1、T2弛豫时间分别是:1274.1ms/36.5ms,1273.2ms/37.4ms,1297.8ms/38.2ms;变异系数(%)(T1/T2)分别是2.9/4.2,2.7/4.3,3.6/5.5.总体和每个层面的T1和T2 mapping均有明显的性别差异(P<0.01).结论 根据年龄和性别建立一组心肌T1和T2 mapping的正常参照,给临床提供更精确的参考、更有效地区分病灶与正常心肌组织.考虑到未来心肌T1和T2 mapping技术的研究进展,对照组(健康人群)年龄分布和性别差异均需考虑.%Objective To dats no studies of myocardial native T 1 and T2 mapping in healthy groups with same age have been out carried previously .This article aims to reveal variability and gender difference of them for the first time .Methods For this retrospective study , 3025-year-old healthy volunteers were recruited undergoing left ventricular native T 1 and T2 mapping in 3 short-axis slices at 3 T.For T1 mapping, modified Look-Locker inversion recovery technique with 11 single shot SSFP images was used.For T2 mapping, 3 single-shot steady-state free precession ( SSFP) images with different T2 preparation times were ac-quired.T1 and T2 relaxation times were quantified for each slice and each myocardial segment .Results Mean native T1 and T2 times (T1/T2) were 1274.1 ms/36.5 ms (base), 1273.2 ms/37.4 ms (middle), 1297.8 ms/38.2 ms (apex) and coefficient of variability (%) (T1/T2) were 2.9/4.2 (base), 2.7/4.3 (middle), 3.6/5.5 (apex).Significant gender difference was found in global and each slice (each P <0.01) of both T1 and T2 mapping.Conclusion Establishing a normal reference of myo-cardial T1 and T2 mapping in accordance with age and gender , which is a much more precise reference for the clinic , can help cli-nicians distinguish nidi from normal myocardium more effectively .For the researches of myocardial T 1 and T2 mapping technique in the future, the control group (healthy group) should take into account of the age distribution and gender difference as always .
