数据电缆企业基于制造过程档案的产品质量追溯研究

摘要

为了满足客户和企业自身对生产制造过程信息整合和实现产品质量追溯的要求,以及提高制造过程管理透明度,结合数据电缆企业制造过程特点,提出了数据电缆企业车间制造过程档案建立和信息追溯方案.设计并实现了数据电缆企业车间制造过程建档及追溯系统,最后介绍了系统的应用实例.研究结果表明,制造过程档案的建立为数据电缆企业的产品质量追溯提供了可行方案.%Based on analyzing the production procedure of data cable, a scenario of production-procedure document-building and information tracing-back was propounded, in order to fulfill the requirements from customers and company to integrate the information and achieve the product-quality traceability, as well as to improve the transparence of the production procedure.The workshop production procedure document-building and tracing-back system for data cable was designed and realized, some examples of the system were given out.The results indicate that the built production procedure document provides a feasible scheme for quality tracing.
