基于Matlab和Cruise的纯电动汽车动力系统设计与仿真

         

摘要

针对某型纯电动SUV汽车动力系统参数设计优化问题,对纯电动汽车动力电池、驱动电机、传动方式、传动参数等方面进行了研究,对纯电动汽车动力系统参数匹配进行了设计优化,提出了一种基于汽车行驶工况的设计方法.根据整车的基本参数及目标性能确定驱动电机和动力电池,以电动车动力性指标为约束条件计算传动比的可行域,用Matlab编程计算了整车动力性及50 km/h等速工况下续驶里程,借助Cruise软件建立了整车动力传动系统仿真模型,在传动比可行域内计算了NEDC和FTP 75循环工况电动车传动比与能耗之间关系,进行了区间传动参数匹配优化,仿真结果满足设计目标.研究结果表明:该方法能够合理地对纯电动汽车动力系统进行参数匹配,提高纯电动汽车的动力性和能耗经济性.%Aiming at the optimization of parametric design of a pure electric SUV vehicle power system, the research on the optimization of the parameters of pure electric vehicle power system, such as driving battery, driving motor, transmission mode and transmission parameters, was put forward.
