瞬时受体电位通道蛋白 TRPC6表达与前列腺癌临床特征的相关性研究

摘要

目的：：探讨前列腺癌中瞬时受体电位通道蛋白 TRPC6的表达与其临床病理特征之间的相关性。方法：收集22例良性前列腺增生石蜡组织标本和118例前列腺癌石蜡组织标本，采用免疫组织化学染色技术检测 TRPC6蛋白的表达，运用 SPSS 17.0软件分析 TRPC6蛋白表达水平与前列腺癌病人的临床病理特征的相关性。结果：TRPC6蛋白在前列腺癌组织样本中的表达相比前列腺良性增生组织样本明显上调(P <0.05)；TRPC6蛋白的高表达与前列腺癌病人高的 T、N 分期及 Gleason 评分呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论：TRPC6蛋白的高表达与前列腺癌发生和恶性演进显著相关。%Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of TRPC6 and the clinical patho-logical characteristics in prostate cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the ex-pression of TRPC6 in 22 benign prostatic hyperplasia and 1 18 prostate cancer specimens,and its relationship with clinical characteristics of prostate cancer was analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software.Results:The expression level of TRPC6 in prostate cancer cases was obviously higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia cases (P <0.05).The up-expression of TRPC6 increased with ascending of the T staging,N staging and Gleason score in prostate cancer(P <0.05).Conclusion:The up-expression of TRPC6 associated with the initiation and development of prostate cancer.
