影响中老年后循环脑梗死静脉溶栓近期预后效果因素分析

摘要

Objective:To explore recent Prognosis Factor influencing middle-aged and old posterior circu-lation cerebral infarction intravenous thrombolysis.Methods:Select 1 62 cases of posterior circulation cerebral infarction received by a hospital from August 2010 to December 2015 as the research object,who were given intravenous thrombolysis treatment.And then analyze the influence factors of prognosis in patients.Results:The prognosis is related to atrial fibrillation (r =0.875,P <0.875 ),treatment before NIHSS score (r =0.974,P <0.974),MCA or ICA occlusion (r =1.524,P <0.05).Conclusion:If cerebral infarction is closely related to the above three conditions,the staff can take effective measures and improve the predictability.%目的：：探究影响中老年后循环脑梗死静脉溶栓近期预后效果因素。方法：选取2010年1月~2015年1月期间来某院就诊的162例后循环脑梗死中老年患者作为研究对象,均给予静脉溶栓治疗,分析患者预后效果的影响因素。结果：预后效果与房颤(r =0.875,P <0.05)、治疗前 NIHSS 评分(r =0.974,P <0.05)、MCA 或者 ICA 出现闭塞(r =1.524,P <0.05)这3个因素相关。结论：倘若脑梗合并上述3种情况,则医护人员应当采取有效处理措施,提高预见性。
