WT变应原特异性免疫治疗对螨过敏的难治性变应性鼻炎症状和生活质量的影响

摘要

目的:研究变应原特异性免疫治疗对螨过敏的难治性变应性鼻炎症状和生活质量的影响.方法:选取60例常年性螨过敏的AR患者,经过常规治疗后使用变应原SIT,问卷调查鼻部症状和鼻结膜炎患者的生活质量,在治疗前后,分别评估患者第3、6、12月这3个月的生活质量.结果:TNSS和RQLQ及其他评分在治疗前后的评分程度成线性降低.根据数据显示,TNSS评分与RQLQ总分呈正相关.结论:变应原SIT能有效对抗常规方法无法对抗螨过敏AR患者,经过3个月治疗就能明显看出效果,随着时间的延长,疗效更明显.%Objective:To study the effect of allergen-specific immunotherapy on the symptoms and quality of life of allergic allergic rhinitis.Methods:Sixty patients with severe allergic AR were selected.After routine treatment,allergenic SIT was used to investigate the quality of life of nasal symptoms and nasal conjunctivitis.The patients were evaluated before and after treatment.This three month of quality of life.Results:TNSS and RQLQ and other scores were linearly reduced before and after treatment.According to the data,the TNSS score was positively correlated with the RQLQ score.Conclusion:Allergic SIT can effectively control the anti-mite allergic AR patients, after three months of treatment,it can clearly see the effect.With the extension,and the effect is more obvious.
