玻璃熔制过程耗热的计算与测量研究进展

         

摘要

随着地球资源的日益枯竭,世界环境的不断恶化,绿色制造已成为中国乃至世界经济发展的必然选择。玻璃制造业是能源密集型产业,在平板玻璃制造的全过程中,熔化和澄清阶段能耗占全部能耗的一半以上,因此,熔化和澄清是玻璃工业节能研究的关键领域。本文概述了玻璃熔制能耗的计算与测量方面的研究进展,总结了其成果,分析了其局限性,并就以后科研工作和实践探索的方向提出几点建议。%Along with the exhaustion of global resources day after day and environmental deterioration,green manufacturing has become an inevitable choice for China and the world.Glass industry is energy-intensive,in the whole process of flat-glass making,the energy consumption of melting and clarification are more than a half of the total.Therefore,melting and clarification are key fields of energy saving researches.This paper illustrates the advances in calculation and calorimetry of glass melting energy consumption,reviews the advances and analyzes its limitations,further more,presents recommendations for experimental research and practical exploration in future.
