硬脂酸咪唑啉在天然气输送管道减阻成膜性能的研究

     

摘要

A new natural gas drag reduction agent stearic imidazoline was synthesized according to the drag reduction mechanism and inhibitor mechanism. The mechanism of the film-forming on the iron surface was discussed. The drag reduction efficiency of stearic imidazoline was tested on the drag reduction test loop. The film-forming property of stearic imidazoline was studied by electrochemical characterization and SEM. The results show that stearic imidazoline is adsorbed on the iron surface and smooth membrane is formed. The roughness of the gas pipeline is significantly improved. Under the condition of 8 g/L stearic imidazoline and 1 h, the maximum drag reduction efficiency is 8.7%. It is a valuable reference to practical industrial development.%依据天然气减阻剂减阻机理及缓释作用机理,合成了一种新型天然气减阻剂硬脂酸咪唑啉,探讨了其在钢铁表面吸附成膜的机理,并在天然气减阻剂室内评价系统上进行了减阻率测试;通过电化学分析及扫描电子显微镜对其在钢铁表面的成膜性能进行研究.结果表明:硬脂酸咪唑啉能够牢固吸附在输气管道内表面上形成一层光滑的弹性分子膜,显著改善了输气管道内表面的粗糙度,在硬脂酸咪唑啉浓度为8g/L、成膜时间为1h时,测得最大减阻率8.7%,为天然气减阻剂的工业化开发奠定了基础.
