采用固相反应法制备了NiCuZn铁氧体,研究了晶粒尺寸和添加玻璃对材料直流叠加性能的影响.结果表明,单独添加Bi2O3时,在一定范围内,晶粒尺寸越大,材料的直流叠加特性越差.单独添加玻璃时,助烧效果较差,烧结温度较高,晶粒之间浸润性也较差.复合添加玻璃和Bi2O3能较好的抑制晶粒的生长并且获得了较好的直流叠加性能,材料的磁导率也能保持在一定范围内.%Using high purity raw material, NiCuZn ferrites were prepared by solid-state method. The effects of grain size and the glass additives on the DC bias superposition characteristic of NiCuZn ferrites were investigated. When Bi2O3 was doped alone, it was obviously observed that the DC bias superposition characteristic decreases with increasing grain size with in a certain range. It was also found that when glass was doped alone, the sintering can not be apparently promoted and the sintering temperature was comparatively a little high and the infiltration between grains was bad. However, when both glass and Bi2O3 were doped, it was apparently discovered that the grain growth was suppressed and the DC bias superposition characteristic was improved and the permeability remained within a certain range.
