在当今时代大学生的心理健康状况受到了越来越多的关注，高职院校大学生作为一个特殊的群体，他们的心理健康状况显得尤为重要。在此从高职院校的实际情况出发，分析高职院校大学生的心理健康现状、心理健康问题产生的原因，有针对性地提出解决高职院校大学生心理健康问题的方法。%The mental health status of college students is drawing more and more attention at present.
