The local normal colleges are the main body of basic education in our country. However, due to the limitations of their regional and professional features, they are at disadvantage in competition and development of the latest round of teachers’education. Implementing tracing education for their undergraduates by the local normal college teachers will improve their core competence, and this is also the new task endowed by social development.
