企业家专利意识包括专利开发与获取意识、专利保护意识和专利经营意识.影响企业家专利意识的因素很多,文章从内外部影响因素的角度,构建了企业家专利意识影响因素模型,并通过对广东有关企业家的问卷调查,运用层次回归分析法进行了验证.研究结果表明:影响企业家专利意识的内部因素包括企业家专利知识、企业家创新精神、企业家学习能力;外部因素包括知识产权文化环境、专利制度和专利政策的完善程度,而外部影响因素的经济发展水平没有得到验证.%Entrepreneurs' patent consciousness includes patent exploitation and acquisition consciousness, patent protection consciousness and patent management consciousness.Since many factors can affect entrepreneurs' patent consciousness, the paper constructsan influencing factor model for it by probing into both the internal and external factors, which is verified later by means of a hierarchical regression analysis based on the questionnaire surveys into some entrepreneurs in Guangdong.The results show that internal factors influencing entrepreneurs' patent consciousness include patent knowledge,innovative spirit and learning ability of entrepreneurs;while external factors include the degree of perfection of the cultural environment of the intellectual property, the patent system and patent policy.However, the level of economic development of the external factors has not been verified yet.
