基于灰色层次分析法的第三方物流企业服务能力评价研究

摘要

In this paper, It works out the index system to evaluate the third-party logistics enterprise＇ service capability, Base on the status and characteristics of the third-party logistics enterprise. Computing the weights of the indexes based upon AHP. On the basis of the multilevel gray evaluation and AHP, the gray hierarchy evaluation model is set up. Then, the model is used in evaluation on the third-party logistics enterprise＇ service capability.%立足第三方物流企业服务能力评价的实际需求，制定以物流企业服务特点为根本的服务能力评价指标体系，利用层次法构建评价指标的层次结构，根据实践确定指标权重。将灰色评价和层次分析法相结合，构建灰色层次评价模型，以该模型来科学评价第三方物流企业服务能力。
