在实地调研的基础上,分析了上海内地新疆班目前在民族文化传承教育方面取得的实际效果及存在问题,并提出了通过多元文化课程开发,促进民族文化传承的教育,充分利用图书的民族文化传承职能和作用,以及加强教师在多元文化教育中的民族文化传承的主导作用等等对策和建议。%On the ground of a field investigation,the author made a careful study of the factual effect and the current problems of the inheritance of ethnical culture which is expected on xinjiang high school students who are living in shanghai. It is proposed that the inheritance should be promoted by developing multicultural intercourse. In this process,the function of books and teachers’role in leading the inheritance must be strengthened.
