“去中心化”是Web2．0的核心理念之一。Web2．0提供了前所未有的技术支持，“去中心化”对网络文化的影响更加深刻，文化威权进一步分散化，由高度集中控制向分布集中控制转变，集中的少数精英阶层在网络文化中的威权角色迅速被分散的广大网民代替；网民应用SNS、博客、威客等，使文化表达进一步多元化扩展，个体成为网络文化形成的主导力量，对社会整体文化产生深远影响。%The decentration is one of the core ideas of Web2.0,and is one of the important signs of network culture.Under the help of the technical support which provided by Web2.0,the centralism minority elites who play an authoritative role in the network cultural is replaced rapidly by the scattered general netizen.Netizen took the Internet as the platform and become one body through the applications of RSS,SNS,Blog,Witkey and so on.The network cultural expression transforms from the personalization and diversification to the individuation and the multiplication,which affected the appearance of realistic cultural.
