竞技排球后备人才培养现状及体系构建--以河南省为例

摘要

Research methods such as expert interviews, questionnaires and documentation are applied to investigate the current sit-uation and the training mode of reserve talents for competitive volleyball in Henan province. Study results:There is an unbalanced development in reserve talents for competitive volleyball in different cities and areas in Henan Province; The number of juvenile volleyball players in general is relatively small; Reserve personnel training modes vary; At present “two systems, three stages”training system is the suitable and practical system in Henan province, that is, the combination of the two main training channels, namely the sports bureau and the education bureau, and three stages of primary, intermediate and advanced.%采用专家访谈、问卷调查和文献资料等研究方法，就河南省竞技排球后备人才培养现状、现有培养模式等问题进行研究。结果表明：河南省各地市之间竞技排球后备人才的发展存在着不平衡的现象，青少年排球运动员的数量总体上相对较少，后备人才培养模式多种多样；现阶段河南省实际的竞技排球后备人才培养体系为“两系统、三阶段”培养体系，即以体育局、教育局两系统为主的培养渠道和初级、中级、高级三个阶段的有机结合。
