CdS:Fe掺杂纳米晶体的水相合成

         

摘要

在水溶液中,将Fe2+离子掺杂在CdS纳米晶体的内部,并利用微波辐射促进Fe2+离子向外扩散和纳米晶体的生长,制备出荧光发射波长在520~650nm范围内连续可调的CdS:Fe纳米晶体.掺杂纳米晶体具有立方闪锌矿结构,晶体结构完整,粒度分布系数为9.7%,并具有高达35%的荧光量子产率和良好的光化学稳定性.%The Fe (II) ions were doped into the CdS nanoerystals in the water solution, and they came outward under the microwave irradiation. With the growth of CdS : Fe nanocrystals, the fluorescence scope of doped nanocrystals shifted from 520 nm to 650 nm. The CdS : Fe nanocrystals had good cubic zinc blende structure and the coefficient of particle size distribution was 9.7%. Meanwhile, the quantum yield of CdS: Fe nanoerystals was near to 35% and chemical/photochemical stability of NCs were found to be excellent.
