In recent years, the rapid development of computer software has made huge impact on traditional anima-tion art, Among the traditional cartoon art, the water-and-ink animation is glorious treasure in the old China e-ven in the world. It has flexibility and spatiality and pays great attention to artistic conception, it also has ethnic characteristics.
