教师组织支持感与组织公民行为的关系:教师组织认同的中介作用

     

摘要

With a panel of 603 teachers as subject,using questionnaire,the authors conducted a sur-vey to investigate the relationship between teachers’perceived organization support,teachers’organ-izational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. The results show that:(1)The varia-bles are prominent in all the dimensions of teachers’perceived organization support,teachers’or-ganizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior(altruistic behavior,sense of respon-sibility,interpersonal concordance,and resources protection).(2)Teachers’organizational identifi-cation partly plays a mediating role when teachers’perceived organization support affects teachers’ organizational citizenship behaviors.(3)teachers’perceived organization support has an immediate impact on their organizational identification and organizational citizenship behaviors.%以603名中小学教师为被试,采用问卷调查方法,考察其组织支持感、组织认同与组织公民行为的关系,检验组织认同在组织支持感与组织公民行为间的中介作用。结果表明:1.教师组织支持感、组织认同、组织公民行为诸变量之间相关显著;2.教师组织认同在组织支持感对组织公民行为的影响中起部分中介作用;3.教师组织支持感对组织认同、组织公民行为有直接影响。
