批判的心灵与社会的关怀——韦政通对知识分子的认知与评判

As a contemporary well-known scholar,Wei Zhengtong is not only considered as master in the history of Chinese thought, but also puts forward some original views on intellectual problems. Wei Zhengtong believes that critical spirits of French and Russian masters of thought and culture have pro- moted the formation of the conception of modern intellectuals. He thinks that a qualified intellectuals must have critical mind,excellent quality and social care,based on which intellectuals would be divided into two types according to their behavior：conception and practice. He thinks that only people with the three qualities can be regarded as real intellectuals.%作为当代著名学者,韦政通先生不仅是中国思想史研究领域公认的大家,还对知识分子问题提出了独到的见解。韦先生立足当下,追根溯源,认为法国与俄国思想文化巨匠的批判精神促进了现代知识分子观念的形成,而一个合格的知识分子必须具备批判的心灵、优良的品质与社会的关怀三种特质,进而从行为方式上将知识分子分成观念与实践两种类型。韦先生认为只有具备了上述三种特质的有知识的人才能称得上真正意义上的知识分子。
