加快转变经济发展方式的理论和对策探讨——以苏南现代化进程为例

Accelerating transformation of the mode of economic development is an inevitable demand of eco- nomic development. South Jiangsu faces the pressure of economic transformations earlier than other areas of China. There are some problems in the economic development mode in South Jiangsu. We must bring in lead- er-based entrepreneurial talents, foster new industries of strategic importance, promote the upgrading of in- dustries and industrial region transfer, develop headquarters economy and low-carbon economy, raise income of both urban and rural residents, narrow the gap of income between urban and rural residents, strengthen the guiding role of goverments in process of economic system transition, construct service-oriented govern- ments.%加快转变经济发展方式是经济发展规律的必然要求。苏南的经济发展较全国更早地面临经济转型的紧迫压力,苏南经济发展方式存在着一些不容忽视的问题。必须引进领军型人才,培育战略性新兴产业;促进产业的技术升级或区域转移,发展总部经济和低碳经济;多渠道实现城乡居民收入水平的显著提升,进一步缩小城乡收入差距;加强政府在转型发展中的导向作用,建设服务型政府。
