中国乒乓球超级联赛价值链分析与对策

摘要

中国乒乓球超级联赛价值链形成过程中存在着“上游产权不明确、中游环节缺失、下游管理混乱”等问题，因此，管理者必须在追求商业化和政绩化之间寻求平衡，并且应转变经营思想、建立健全科学管理和科学运营的机制、培养外籍球员、提高比赛质量，同时还应强化与媒体的合作。%The distribution theory of industry value chain from industrial economics is used to analyze the Chi-na Table Tennis Super League (CTTSL) .There are some problems in the formation of Value Chain of SLM-CTT ,including :unclear upstream property right ,lack of middle link and downstream managerial chaos . T he solutions to the problems of the Chinese Table Tennis Super League are proposed :seeking the balance between commercialization and political utilitarianism ;changing business ideas ;establishing scientific manage-ment and operation mechanism ;building brand clubs ;training foreign players to improve the game quality ;strengthening cooperation with media .
