Web使用挖掘在用户行为分析中的应用

摘要

Web logs record large amounts of information of users interacting with servers. Also, they reflect all the actions of users accessing web sites. In order to discover the mode and inclination of access behaviors by web users, understanding users' access behaviors and form useful information for the web designer and organization decision maker, web usage mining is the most effective tool. Based on the tool, this paper preprocesses the data of web server logs and deals with the mining process through Apriori algorithm improved by Hash. Moreover, it analyzes mining results to obtain modes and rules of users' access behaviors.%Web日志记录了大量的用户与服务器交互的信息,反映了用户访问Web站点的所有动作.如何挖掘这些记录以发现网络用户的访问模式和兴趣爱好,从而理解用户的访问行为,形成对网站设计者和组织决策者有用的信息,解决这个问题最有效的工具是Web使用挖掘.基于Web使用挖掘,对Web服务器日志文件进行数据预处理,采用一种基于哈希技术改进的Apriori关联规则挖掘算法处理挖掘过程,分析挖掘结果得到有关用户访问行为的模式和规律.
