一株聚乙烯醇降解细菌的筛选及培养条件的优化

     

摘要

PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol) is widely applied to the textile industry as a sizing agent instead of starch,and it exists in the wastewater discharged from the textile plant contains abundant PVA, which causes severe environmental pollution. A strain is isolated from environment, which can degrade polyvinyl alcohol. It belongs to the genus of Pseudomonas sp. Simultaneously, the degradation conditions are optimized. The results show that the optimal cultural temperature,culture time, rotary speed and the initial pH of fermentation medium are 20 ℃,60 h,200 rpm and 7.5 respectively, the ratio of degradation reaches 96. 18% under this conditions.%聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)在纺织印染行业巾代替淀粉作为浆料使用,大量存在于纺织工业退浆废水中,给环境造成严重污染.文中对PVA降解菌进行筛选,得到一株PVA降解细菌,经初步鉴定为假单胞菌属(pseudomonas sp.),同时对其降解条件进行了优化.结果表明:最佳培养条件为培养温度为20℃、培养时间为60h、摇床转速为200r/m、培养基初始pH为7.5时,PVA的降解率最大可达到96.18%.
