中国崛起过程中与东盟国家间关系中存在的问题与应对策略

摘要

The relationship between China and the ASEAN countries has experienced a dramatic change since 2009.Fearing that the rise of China may alter the regional power structure,the ASEAN countries have tried to count on the United States to forestall that unfavorable situation.The dualistic power structure pushes the ASEAN countries to implement an ambiguous diplomatic policy.China needs to establish a prospective and continuous diplomatic strategy and build a reciprocal relationship with the ASEAN countries so as to build up trust between them.%中国与东盟国家间关系自2009年开始出现波动。东盟国家对中国崛起可能改变地区权力结构从而形成不利于己局面的恐惧，是其试图借重美国的重要原因。地区二元格局加强了东盟国家“两面下注”的外交选择。中国需确立前瞻性、延续性的外交战略，在外交实践上，注重使中国发展惠及东盟各国人民，增强社会层面对中国的认同感，提高国家层次对中国的信任度。
