城镇化既是中国实现工业化和现代化的重要发展动力，也是体现一个国家全方位的现代化建设综合成就的重要指标，城镇化同时也代表着一种新的生活方式和文化方式。缺乏规划的城市的不合理发展有可能导致严重的“城市病”。合理的城市区位布局是实现人与自然环境、人与城市人文环境平衡发展的重要途径。本文拟从城市规划入手，介绍西方国家城市发展中所创立的不同规划理论，提出注重保护与开发相协调，人居与自然环境相适应的规划理念才是中国未来城镇化战略的努力方向和必由之路。% Urbanization is one of the most significance impetuses of industrialization and modernization in China, this strategy is the important indicator of a nation’s comprehensive achievements in modernization, Urbanization also means a new life and culture style. Irrational development and construction will leads to severe urban disease. It is the right way to construct the city when people have a scientific theory to guild building construction. This article will introduce the different planning theory from western countries, this article will point out rational city planning theories which emphasize the harmonious relationship between preservation and development, habitation and environment is the key to achieve China’s urbanization.
