锡克与锡克模式

摘要

捷克斯洛伐克著名经济学家奥塔·锡克，被西方人士称为捷克经济改革的“设计师”。二十世纪五十年代东欧经济改革风起云涌，奥塔·锡克批判了苏联高度集中的计划经济体制，基于捷克的经济发展实践，提出并论证了计划与市场相结合的经济发展模式，即计划性的市场经济模式，亦称“锡克模式”。文章结合捷克经济改革简要介绍奥塔·锡克的生平，同时对他提出的锡克模式从产生和原则两个方面展开阐述，进而对锡克模式的地位进行简要、客观的评价。%Ota Sik is the famous economist of Czechoslovakia .He has been known as“designer”of Czekh economy reform to western. In 1950’s, Eastern Europe economy reform was well under way. Sik criticizes the highly centralized economy system. on the basis of practice of Czekh economy, he put forward and demonstrate his economy idea, that is, planning and market economic mode, also“Sik Mode”. The paper is divided into three parts:First part, the personal experience of Sik, connected with economy reform;Second part, emergence and principle of Sik Mode;Third part, objective evaluation on Sik.
