The input and output of second language acquisition theory emphasizes the balanced development of learners' target language using ability, make the input and output of English teaching process and promote each other, pay equal attention to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, create favorable conditions for students speaking ability development. Designed in this paper, based on this theory, two kinds of college English teaching activities, group work papers and debate between group respectively. By expanding this kind of activity, make English teaching more practical, high efficiency.%第二语言习得的输入和输出理论强调均衡发展学习者的目标语言使用能力,使英语教学的输入和输出过程并重并相互促进,提高课堂教学的效用性,为学生的听说等能力发展创造有利条件。本文基于该理论,设计了两种高校英语教学活动内容,分别为小组合作论文和小组间辩论赛。通过展开这类活动,使高校英语教学更具实用性,高效性。
