新常态下高职商务英语专业“双师型”教师发展策略刍议

摘要

本文阐述了高职商务英语专业“双师型”教师队伍发展的现状，提出了要发展兼职教师，加大支持力度培养专职教师，提高外贸企业和高职院校共同培养“双师型”教师的积极性，提高教师向“双师型”教师发展的主动性，学校和外贸企业建立长期深入的合作关系等促进高职院校商务英语专业“双师型”教师发展的相关对策。%This paper describes the business English major in higher vocational education "double teacher type" development situation, put forward development countermeasures to promote the "double teacher type" teachers’ development in business English major in higher vocational coleges:Part-time Teachers' development, intensify support for the training of professional teachers, enhance the enthusiasm of co culture of "double teacher type" and the foreign trade enterprises higher vocational coleges, enhance teachers' initiative to "double teacher type", the establishment of long-term in-depth cooperation schools and foreign trade enterprises.
