国外对华实施反补贴政策的关键决策影响因素的实证研究——基于ASCM与2004-2009年国外对华发起的38起反补贴案件数据

摘要

Based on the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures （ASCM） of WTO and by constructing ＂BL＂ assembled model of key macroscopical decision-making factors, this research draws the relevant conclusions by exerting the related data of United States, Canada, Australia, South Africa, India implementing 38 countervailing files from the year 2004 to 2009 and domestic macroeconomic development, and making an empirical research on the key macro- scopical decision-making factors of foreign countries＇ implementing countervail- ing policy to China. Conclusions,arguments and explanations are then made based on the study.%基于WTO《补贴与反补贴措施协定》（ASCM）以及构建的关键宏观决策影响因素＂BL＂组合模型,运用2004-2009年美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、南非、印度对我国发起的38起反补贴案件及其国内宏观经济发展相关数据,对国外对华实施反补贴政策的关键决策影响因素进行了实证研究,并得出相应结论。
