研究成果传播与共享--英美国家基金项目数据管理计划概述

摘要

Data management agenda greatly benefits the standardization, propagation and sharing, chronic preservation, and value-adding of data by engendering exhaustive and systematic agendas on data generation, preservation, file and usage. By interpreting the general principles of data policy in Research Councils UK and the data management strategy in National Science Foundation USA, librarians will be able to better grasp on the requirement of scientific data management and the opportunities and challenges it brings forth to library serv-ice research, so as to prepare the service agendas and human resources and then better serve scientific research and technologic innovation.%　　数据管理计划通过制定全面系统的数据生成、保管、归档和利用计划，对数据的规范建设、传播与共享、长期保存与增值重用等都有很大好处。通过对英国研究理事会的数据政策共同原则和美国国家自然科学基金委员会的数据管理方针的解读，可以帮助图书馆员把握科学数据管理需求及对研究图书馆服务带来的机遇和挑战，以便及早做好服务规划和人才准备，更好地为科学研究和技术创新服务。
