知识治理研究综述

摘要

The systematic research on knowledge governance started a decade ago. Focusing on their own background, the researching perspectives of many researchers leads to the so-called jungle of knowledge governance theory, which may keep this research from further standardization and development. In this paper, a review from conception, mechanism, research methods and performance of knowledge governance is given. The result shows the trend that the inner relation between knowledge activity, sustainable competition advantage and organizational characteristics, the interaction between the knowledge subject and the governance mechanism, the consideration of govern-ance mechanism in the empirical models have important research value in the future.%　　知识治理，作为知识管理的制度基础，引起学者关注已逾10年。由于国内外学者对知识治理的研究视角大多是从其原有的学科背景出发，从而在一定程度上促成了知识治理的理论丛林，阻碍了知识治理研究领域的进一步规范化和发展。从知识治理概念、制度层面的解释(治理机制)、研究方法、机制运行效果(治理绩效)4个方面对现有研究成果进行了梳理。结果表明，在知识治理的未来研究中，知识活动、持续竞争优势和组织特性之间的内在联系，知识主体与治理机制的交互影响，以及治理机制在实证模型中的考虑，无疑都有较大的研究价值。
