知识产权网络自组织治理研究

摘要

现代经济环境下，产业组织呈现出垂直分离的特征，专注于核心能力的不同企业利用知识产权之间的联结关系组成了一种新型的网络组织———企业知识产权网络，提高了对外部环境的适应能力。首先阐述了企业知识产权网络产生的背景，界定了企业知识产权网络概念，讨论了企业知识产权网络自组织治理的内涵。然后，分析了企业知识产权网络的治理模式，并结合自组织理论探索了企业知识产权网络自组织治理模式的内容。最后，对现场总线知识产权网络领域的自组织治理进行了案例分析。%　　In modern economic environment, industrial organization shows the characteristics of vertical separation, enterprises with differ-ent core competencies connected with one another through intellectual properties have formed a new network organization structure–En-terprise Intellectual Property Network(EIPN), to improve their ability to adapt to outside environment. This paper systematically analyzed the background of EIPN, explained its definition and discussed its self-organizing characteristic. At the same time, the paper provided an overview of the governance model and explored the content of self-organizing of EIPN. At last, it discussed the self-organizing govern-ance of Fieldbus field as a case study.
