论情报设计及情报行动在情报活动中的意义

摘要

This paper describes the logical relationship of the intelligence design, action and activity, which constructs a new intelligence cycle model. It also elaborates the historical origin of the debate between intelligence design and intelligence politicization, because the lat-ter may confirm the objective existence of the former. The paper also discusses intelligence design’s participator, content, working method and even the intelligence action’s concept and working content. Furthermore, it analyses and designs the intelligence design’s strategy and combination technique with strong maneuverability. At last, the author thinks the concept of the intelligence design is of great theoretical significance and social value.%　　描述了情报设计及情报行动与情报活动的逻辑关系，构造了一个新的情报循环模型，并阐述了情报设计与“情报政治化”争论之间的历史渊源，认为后者可证实情报设计工作的客观存在。本文还论述了情报设计的参与者、工作内容、工作方法等，以及情报行动的概念与工作内容，并分析和设计了一种可操作性很强的情报设计策略及组合技术。最后作者认为情报设计概念的提出具有巨大的理论意义与社会价值。
