从微博客政务绩效改进的视角，以2011年和2012年新浪政务微博客影响力排行榜中“十大政务机构微博客”和“十大成长最快的政务机构微博客”作为研究对象，应用定性比较分析的方法，探讨了行政级别、微博客联动、政府网站绩效、非文本比例、原创博文比例、对话回路六项政务微博客效能影响特征之间的相互匹配关系和政务微博客效能提升的路径。研究表明，对话回路和原创博文比例是影响政务微博客效能的关键因素，不同行政级别的政务微博客应采取差异化的效能提升路径。%Taking the Top Ten Influential Sina Government Micro-blogs and the Top Ten Fastest-growing Sina Government Micro-blogs in 2011 and 2012 as the empirical study objects, using qualitative comparative analysis, this paper studies the matching relationship among different characteristics including the administrative level, micro-blogs linkage, government website performance, proportion of non-text, proportion of original blogs and dialogic loops and the path of enhancing government micro-blogs efficacy. It is showed that the character-istics of the proportion of original blogs and dialogic loops have significant impacts on government micro-blogs performance, and there are different paths to enhance their government micro-blogs efficacy for government micro-blogs of different administrative levels.
