社会认知视角的知识共享行为研究

摘要

基于社会认知理论的内涵，本文首先阐述将该理论应用于知识共享研究的必要性与合理性，以及理论内涵的具体运用。其次，对该理论中的两个核心概念---自我效能和结果预期在知识共享中的应用进行简要论述。同时对已有的社会认知视角的知识共享文献进行了系统梳理，归纳了在环境因素等方面的研究成果。最后，指出了在深化个体认知中其他概念等未来研究的方向。%Based on the connotation of the social cognitive theory, this paper describes the necessity and rationality of applying the theory to knowledge-sharing study, as well as its specific application. Secondly, the application of the two core concepts of the theory-self-ef-ficacy and outcome expectations-in knowledge-sharing is discussed briefly. Meanwhile a systematic combing of the existing literature on knowledge-sharing based on social cognitive perspective is conducted, and the research results on environmental factors and other aspects are summarized. Finally, future research directions, such as developing other concepts in the aspect of deepening the individual cognition, are pointed out.
