基于用户体验的中国知网KDN知识发现网络平台综合评价

摘要

中国知网KDN知识发现网络平台于2012年9月正式投入使用，通过用户体验测试分别从感官体验、功能体验、交互体验三个角度对KNS与KDN两个版本进行对比分析，总结新平台的优缺点并提出建议，以期为用户揭示新平台的功能和特性，为其改进和提升提供参考和借鉴。%KDN (Knowledge Discovery Network Platform) of CNKI was put into use in September, 2012. KNS and KDN are compared and analyzed based on user experience of sensory experience, functional experience, interactive experience in this paper to sum up the ad-vantages and disadvantages of the new platform and to put forward suggestions, thus help to reveal the characteristics of the new platform and offer reference and suggestion for its improvement.
