Mass unexpected incidents are usually accompanied by the complex process of information dissemination. Its information propa-gation network has a certain structural characteristics, which has effect on the group behavior and the development trend of the event. Based on the related data collected by the Goonie micro public opinion monitoring system, this paper analyzes fundamental characteristics of the information propagation, constructs its network structure combined with complex network theory, and analyzes the topology charac-teristics by matlab programming. Study shows that we can determine the event's stage of development through statistical analysis of the number of information and negative information. In different stages of the event, the attention of individuals to the event-related informa-tion has difference. According to the constructed network, we can identify the hub individual in the event and its characteristics and find that the degree distribution of the network, which has obvious scale-free topology characteristics, approximately obeys the power-law dis-tribution. Finally we propose some feasible advices for government departments and public individuals according to the characteristics of the network structure.%群体性突发事件伴随着复杂的信息传播过程,其信息传播网络具有一定的结构特性,影响群体行为及事件发展态势。文章以Goonie微舆情监测系统采集的相关数据为基础,分析抢蜡烛事件信息传播的基本特性,结合复杂网络理论构建抢蜡烛事件信息传播网络,并利用matlab分析其拓扑特性。实证研究发现可通过对相关信息总量及负面信息的统计分析判定事件所处的发展阶段;在事件发展的不同阶段,个体对相关信息的关注度有差异;根据所构建的网络结构,我们可识别抢蜡烛事件中起主导作用的成员及其特性,且发现网络的度分布近似服从幂律分布,其网络结构具有明显的无标度特征。最后根据信息传播网络结构特性对政府部门和公众提出一些可行的建议。
