专利组合分析在评价企业技术竞争力中的应用--以储氢技术为例

摘要

This article first introduces the theory, analysis model and function of the patent portfolio. Then, based on Professor Holger Ernst’s patent portfolio method, it uses patent relative technological advantage to define the strength of enterprises. Using attractive tech-nology, the patent relative position and relative technology strength as three indicators, we draw a patent portfolio chart. The revised indi-cators are applied in the patent portfolio at the technological level to assess company’s technologies in field of hydrogen storage. The re-sults show patent portfolio is an effective tool in enterprise’s technology competitiveness evaluation.%　　首先介绍了专利组合的基本思路与分析模型，以及专利组合分析的相关功能。然后对Holger Ernst 教授的专利组合方法进行部分修正，利用专利相对技术优势来界定各研究公司的技术强度，以各公司主流技术的技术吸引力、专利相对位置和技术强度为指标，绘制专利组合图，并对储氢技术领域的重要企业进行实证分析，表明了专利组合分析是评价企业竞争力的有效方法。
