云环境下图书馆信息服务等级协议的生命周期管理--以电子资源的采访为例

摘要

To guarantee the information service quality of library in cloud environment, and make cloud service being able to be put into service in accordance with pre-defined performance levels set in Information Service Level Agreement (ISLA), it is the necessary to man-age the overall service process of ISLA, namely Information Service Agreement Management (ISLAM). From the perspectives of library services business overview and complex relationships among service participants, to some extent, points of interaction and Service Access Point can be summarized from detailed analyses of interacting factors and resources of services processes and participants. The protection of mutual interests of service providers and users is the high concern of this study%　　为保证云环境下图书馆信息服务质量，使图书馆云服务按照信息服务等级协议预先定义的性能等级交付使用，需要对涉及信息服务等级协议的所有服务过程加以管理，即信息服务等级协议管理。从图书馆服务业务的概况及其云环境下图书馆服务过程中参与方的复杂关系角度出发，详细分析云环境下图书馆服务过程之间、参与者之间所交互的服务以及资源，找到图书馆服务交互点或服务访问节点，旨在保障服务提供商与用户双方的利益。
