政务信息资源“云服务”整合模式研究

摘要

政务信息资源的整合开发有助于提高电子政务的服务水平和利用效率。针对政务信息资源整合，提出三维度政务资源整合概念框架，以及政务信息资源的五个管理层次，并在此基础上，引入云计算平台，设计了基于“支撑云”、“业务云”、“公共云”的政务云服务平台，为不同用户提供基础设施级、平台级和服务级的云计算服务。%Integration of government information resources helps to improve the level of e-government services and utilization efficiency. This paper presents a Three-Dimension conceptual framework of government resource integration, and five-layer management model for government information resources management. On this basis, by introducing cloud computing platform, administrator cloud services plat-forms which include “supporting cloud" , " business cloud" , " public cloud" was designed to provide the infrastructure-layer, platform-layer and service-layer cloud computing services.
