本文选取了近年来158831项美国专利为样本,使用 Jaccard 指数对专利分类的关联强度进行定量分析。并通过社会网络分析软件 UCINET 对专利分类的关联网络进行分析,揭示了关联网络内部的组成结构及其相互之间的复杂网络关系。实证研究表明:国际专利分类存在关联关系,并有强弱之分;在国际专利分类的关联中,具有明显的结构层次特征;国际专利分类中的关联是各技术领域之间的交叉、渗透、融合和整合的体现。%Having selected a sample of 158831 United States patents in recent years, using the Jaccard index this paper analyzes the strength of the association of the International Patent Classification quantitatively. This paper analyzes the association network of the Inter-national Patent Classification through social network analysis software UCINET, and reveals the structure, composition and complex rela-tionships of association network vividly. The empirical study has shown the following results: association of the International Patent Classi-fication exists and the association strength is different; the association of International Patent Classification displays a clear hierarchy fea-tures; and the association of International Patent Classification presents the cross, penetration, fusion and integration among various techni-cal fields.
