风险型决策中竞争情报价值核算的原理与模型

摘要

风险型决策的科学性在很大程度上依赖于竞争情报的支撑。分析了风险型决策中竞争情报价值核算的意义，提出风险型决策中竞争的实质是用以消除决策环境或条件不确定性的智力劳动产品，并对风险型决策中竞争情报的成本构成和损益值表达进行了分析。在揭示了风险型决策中竞争情报价值核算原理的基础上，构建了完全情报和追加情报的价值核算模型。以期从损益角度揭示竞争情报理论属性，并为编制竞争情报预算、评估特定决策事项中竞争情报的贡献提供了工具。%A scientific risk decision-making largely depends on the support of the Competitive Intelligence ( CI) . Present study revealed the significance of the value evaluation of CI in the Risk Decision-Making ( RDM) , proposed that the nature of CI in RDM should be an intelligence product aiming to reduce the uncertainty of the decision-making environment and conditions, and discussed the cost structure of CI and the presence of profit and loss value. Based on the revealed assessment principles of CI in RDM, the study constructed 2 models for perfect information and additional information. The findings of this study help researchers to reveal the theory characteristics of CI from the view of profit and loss of CI, and provide a tool for formulating the budget of a specific CI item and assessing the contribution of CI in a decision-making process.
