基于专利的生物材料领域竞争态势分析

摘要

生物材料作为我国“十二五”规划的重要技术领域，其研究和产业化对我国的社会、经济、科技的发展具有重大的战略意义。借助TDA软件分析工具，采用专利指标评价和国家层的专利组合分析方法，分别从生物材料专利整体概况、原创专利和普遍专利、专利指标特性和综合竞争地位四方面，对该领域的国际竞争态势进行了分析。得出了主要竞争国家在该领域的优势与劣势，据此对中国生物材料领域的发展提出了相应的措施建议。%Biomaterials, as an important technological field of China's 12th five-year plan, its research and industrialization is of great strategic significance to the economic and social development of China. This study uses patent indicators and patent portfolio in national level to analyze the international competition in the field of biomaterials with TDA software from the overall overview of the biomaterial pa-tents, original patents and general patents, features of patent indicators and overall competitive situation respectively. The research results reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the main competing countries in the biomaterials area. At last, some recommendations for the devel-opment of biological materials in China are provided.
