基于主题的虚拟社区成员社会关系可视化研究

摘要

虚拟社区成员之间的沟通交流,从知识形成的角度来看,是主题的传播。社区成员之间因为主题的交互、知识的产生而形成了基于不同主题的社会关系。对虚拟社区成员之间的社会关系进行挖掘与可视化分析,能够揭示社区内部的网络结构和动态变化,为社区成员提供更好的服务。对基于主题的虚拟社区成员社会关系进行挖掘,在此基础上设计并实现了社会关系查询与分析工具SocialQuery,对虚拟社区成员社会关系进行了可视化查询与分析。实验结果表明SocialQuery能够发现虚拟社区成员社会关系的强度和主题,所提出的社会关系计算方法优于现有方法。%From the knowledge formation point of view, the communication between virtual community members is the propagation of topics. There arevarious topic-basedrelationsamong community membersbecauseinteraction on topicsand generatedknowledge. The mining andvisualization analysis of community member relations can revealthe inner structure and dynamics of Webcommunities, and provide bet-ter services for community members. This paper proposes a topic-based Web community member social relationsmining method, based on which we design and implement a social relationsanalysis toolSocialQuery, which can visuallyanalyze social relations of Web community members. Experimental results demonstrate that SocialQuery can discoverthe strength and topics of social relations, and the proposed social relation computating method outperforms state-of-the-art methods.
